RCCTE - REGULATION OF THE CHARACTERISTICS
OF THERMAL BEHAVIOUR OF BUILDINGS 13 | Técnicos Industriais

                                                                                           13 | Technicians (Industry)
         Requirements
         Knowledge on Civil Engineering

By definition, thermal load of a place is the amount of energy necessary to supply or remove from air in order for the temperature to be
constant. Correct RCCTE dimensioning of air conditioning requires a detailed knowledge of thermal loads within the place to be conditioned.
On the other hand, an analysis of the thermal performance of buildings by RCCTE also requires the knowledge of acting thermal loads.
