Sabemos que nem sempre a formação em sala de
aula permite uma total aquisição dos objectivos
intrínsecos associados aos valores e visão da
instituição. A pensar nesta realidade a Get Training
inseriu no seu plano formativo formações outdoor.
As formações Outdoor consistem em formações ao
ar livre cuja metodologia específica tem por base a
aprendizagem através da experiência. Estas acções
permitem não só um reforço do espirito de equipa
e da comunicação entre todos os elementos, como
possibilitam a oportunidade de motivar e formar o seu
capital humano. Pretendemos promover a envolvência
intelectual e emocional dos formandos assim como a
interiorização da cultura e dos valores da empresa/
marca.
Este tipo de formações pode ser realizada em
diversos locais e com recurso a diversos tipos de
actividades, tendo sempre por base o diagnóstico
realizado, os objectivos da empresa e o perfil dos
colaboradores.
Através da experiência proporcionada nestas
actividades conseguimos resultados extraordinários,
como a partilha de valores, trabalho em equipe e
coesão do grupo.

Outdoor Training & Team Building
We know that a classroom training does not always
ensure completely that the goals linked to the values
and vision of an institution may be achieved. It was with
this reality in mind that Get Training has included in its
training plan outdoor trainings.
Outdoor trainings are trainings in the open air and
whose specific methodology is based on learning
through experience. These trainings enhance the
team spirit, the communication among all elements
and offer the opportunity to motivate and train
the company’s human capital. We want to promote
trainees’ intellectual and emotional involvement as
well as the internalization of the culture and values of
the company/brand.
Taking always into account the diagnosis previously
made, the company’s goals and the employees’ profile,
this kind of trainings may take place in diverse locations
and with the aid of different types of activities.
Through the experience provided in these activities,
we have achieved extraordinary outcomes such as the
sharing of values, teamwork and group cohesion.
