          Assertiveness involves a direct communication of our needs, wills and opinions, without interfering with others liberties. An assertive
          person is someone who expresses his/her thoughts and wishes as directly as possible, and is able to assert his/her rights and choose the
          adequate behaviour and attitude according to each situation, place and moment.
