Delegation consists of empowering other person with a task and give that person the responsibility for that task. Fundamental issues of
delegation are autonomy and control. As you delegate a task, you expect the person to whom the powers were delegated to be able to
exercise authority without having to report to whom is empowering. On the other hand, this work needs to be controlled ans supervised.
